YOGA

Yoga classes daily, from Sunrise to Sunset.

Alan Siegal
Alan has been strolling ever so slowly down the Yogic road for nearly 57 years.
In the 70s he studied the Practice of Bashti Yoga in India with Sri Sri Baba Aha Marjan Jairun.  His classes have a subtle yet strong emphasis on emphasis.
Claire Perry
Claire Perry's quest is to guide others divine light to SHINE; discovering a deeper perspective, and honoring all aspects that are uniquely your own.  She delights in supporting others to feel empowered, and create a transformation. Skilled in her craft, she's constantly building upon her experience, training in new specialties and teaching at various studios, festivals and retreats. Claire Perry's warm charisma has the power to cultivate change.
Heather Power
Heather Power is a teacher by nature. When she isn't teaching middle school, she is exploring each of the intricate layers of being human and superhuman. Yoga has become a major tool in helping to ground her while she journeys deep into the caves of existence. Her style of teaching yoga is inspired by the current astrological forecast combined with whatever wisdom she has extracted from the current wave of lessons she has experienced. Her class challenges you to place yourself in the center of discomfort and find the ability to remain calm as the magic happens.
Khushbir Singh
Khusbir has been teaching Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for over 25 years.   He studied Kundalini yoga in India, Thailand and the US and has taught in many places including China, the US, the Caribbean and Belgium.  He has also practiced many styles of Hatha Yoga and meditation, but Kundalini has always been his passion.  He has a great knowledge of posture, sound healing and breath technique.  He shares both scientific and esoteric information on how yoga works in his classes.

Laura Adona
After practicing yoga for over 10 years Laura found herself looking for a spiritual connection and ways to educate herself in order to deepen her practice.  Laura obtained her 200-hour RYT certificate at 8 Deep Yoga, a training program which emphasized that yoga is "deeper than asana". Becoming a yoga instructor has only made her a more voracious student of the world of "yogic" knowledge, but focusing on the breath and honoring one's body, she believes, is fundamental to any practice and something she hopes to impart on all her students. Her mantra is that anyone can practice yoga, all you have to do is breathe. Laura will guide you during a morning flow with poses that warm and awaken the body while greeting the morning sun.
Maggy Torres
Maggy is a jack of all trades yoga teacher. She fell in love with vinyasa six years ago, but her path has also led her to embrace kids/teen yoga and she offers yoga for surf/skate to her fellow co-workers at Vans in Costa Mesa, CA. She volunteers with teens in Orange County to promote creative expression and positive development through her classes, and recently worked with the Bali Children’s Foundation, Let’s Imagine yoga camp in Indonesia to inspire the local youth to become yoga teachers in their communities. Maggy hopes to share the light in her practice with each and every student so that they may form their own authentic and unique style of yoga, on and off the mat.

Ray Rivera
An ardent student (and guide) of Yoga, Pilates, and Acroyoga, Ray started yoga practice in summer of 2012, obtained 200 Hr certification in fall of 2015, guided classes after that through January 2018 and currently guides private classes two times a week. Ray started Pilates practice in fall of 2015 and guides Yogalates (fusion of Yoga & Pilates)  as well as Level 1 Acro classes. "I guide with gratitude and compassion to help others develop and grow while on their life-long journey of learning, growing, and evolving."

Renee Schwan
Renee's passion for yoga ignited many moons ago. All signs pointed to the path of teaching others how to fly. Mindful movement guided by the rhythm of breath is what you will find in Renee's classes. She will encourage you to journey through your whole being and stoke your inner fire.
Santosh Maknikar
Santosh was born in Latur, India and moved to the United States in 2005. He has been practicing since the age of 5 and from his love of yoga he created yogaforpeople.org so that everyone on the planet can experience the healing benefits of yoga.
Stacey & Ernie Schuerman
Stacey & Ernie Schuerman are the co-creators/co-owners of SunSpark Yoga in Old Towne Orange, CA. They love to share their passion for yoga, mindfulness & community with anyone and everyone. Stacey is an E-RYT 500 as well as a yoga teacher trainer. She guides a powerful Yoga Nidra meditation as well as a playful, breath-and-alignment focused Hatha Flow. Ernie is an artist whose musical background has brought him to lead sound meditations. Working together, their synergistic bond creates a conduit for all seeking to explore the inner self.  Yoga Nidra with Sound Meditation combines two powerful forms of yoga, enabling you to peel back the layers of your being and journey deep within yourself. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that utilizes breath awareness, body scanning, and nature imagery. Sound Meditation harnesses vibrations from the gong, singing bowls and percussion to support healing and balance in the subtle and physical bodies. Together, these healing practices are inclusive of the whole self. Experience deeper levels of peace and health, give yourself permission to rest and tap into new sources of energy. All levels welcome.

Third Dreamer
Third Dreamer is a sound healing, meditation and spoken word collaboration between Mona Van and David Miller. Cosmic sound vibrations, crystal and bronze singing bowls, gongs of many sizes, yoga nidra and non-linear storytelling weave together into an intoxicating web of blissful illumination. Turn on, tune in and join the dream.
